Thursday is the most popular day for employees to be present, while remote work is favored for tasks requiring high concentration. Companies emphasize the importance of available services and facilities in enhancing employee experience and satisfaction. 94% of firms believe that team members being in the office on the same days boosts work efficiency. Cluj Business Campus, which conducted the survey, focuses on creating a conducive workplace environment.
