The 'Private Beneficiaries Procurement' application is back online as of August 18, allowing private beneficiaries to resume activities related to EU fund procurement. The platform has been migrated to the Government Cloud and updated for better functionality and security. Following its downtime due to a cyberattack, beneficiaries can now publish competitive procedures and contract award stages. The Ministry of Investments and European Projects has extended deadlines for affected procurement procedures, ensuring that beneficiaries are not penalized for the platform's unavailability. Communication with management authorities was maintained during the downtime.
