The e-Terra application resumed operations on August 12, allowing public notaries and authorized personnel to access the system again. Notaries can request land registry extracts for authentication and information. Other interested parties can also obtain these extracts through notaries or directly from land registry offices. The resumption only applies to the e-Terra system, while other platforms will be activated later. Initial payment methods are limited to bank orders or cash. The system processed nearly 25,000 requests on its first day back, and the ANCPI has extended deadlines for pending requests. They also extended submission hours and provided dedicated support lines.
