The e-Terra application is operational, processing a high volume of requests after a previous downtime. Approximately 100,000 requests were resolved recently, with ongoing efforts to manage the backlog. ANCPI is prioritizing the resolution of outstanding requests and optimizing system performance. Other ANCPI systems will be gradually restarted, and users are encouraged to use dedicated phone lines for support.
