The e-Terra application was restarted on August 11 after a cyber incident disrupted the cadastral system. Approximately 94,000 requests were pending, and the order of submission will be maintained. The first day focused on processing documents submitted by mail and notaries during the downtime. From August 12, authorized personnel can access the system, but certain services will remain unavailable initially. ANCPI warns of potential delays due to the backlog and assures that all requests will be processed in the order received. Other ANCPI online platforms will be gradually restored.
