The e-Terra application resumed operations on Wednesday, allowing authorized users to access services. Payments can currently only be made via bank transfer or at the office's cashier. On the first day, nearly 25,000 requests were registered, with the system functioning smoothly. The ANCPI has extended the deadlines for approximately 94,000 pending requests and increased the submission hours for applications. Dedicated call center lines are available for user support.
