The law expands eligibility to legal entities established under Company Law no. 31/1990. The aid amounts to €11.9 per fattening pig and €13.7 per breeding animal. Total aid per beneficiary is capped at €50,000. Applications must be submitted to local APIA centers with supporting documents.
