APCE acuză ANRE pentru investițiile reduse în rețelele electrice

The Romanian Association of Prosumers and Energy Communities (APCE) criticizes the National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) for insufficient oversight of energy distributors' investments in electrical networks. APCE highlights that Romania's investment per capita in distribution networks is significantly lower than in other European countries, which affects the functionality of these networks and the integration of energy produced by prosumers. The association calls for greater transparency regarding the investments made by distributors and urges ANRE to impose penalties for unmet obligations. APCE emphasizes the need for accelerated investments in distribution infrastructure to support the growing number of prosumers and renewable energy production.
