In Sibiu, apartment prices increased by 11% over the past year, making it one of the cities with the highest annual growth in Romania. The average price for new apartments reached 2,020 euro/sqm, while old apartments averaged 2,066 euro/sqm. Nationally, apartment prices rose by 6% in July 2026 compared to the previous year, with Constanța leading the growth at 14%. Cluj-Napoca remains the most expensive city for both new and old apartments. The market shows stability in prices, with variations depending on location and property features.
