Apartamentele devin tot mai scumpe pentru români: Cum influențează creșterea euro prețurile locuințelor din București și Cluj-Napoca
The depreciation of the Romanian leu against the euro is increasing housing costs, particularly in major cities. Cluj-Napoca remains the most expensive city, with an average price of €3,316 per square meter. Despite a general price increase in the past year, it remains below inflation rates. Bucharest has seen a nearly 9% rise in prices, now averaging €2,312 per square meter. Timișoara's prices have also increased, but remain below €2,000 per square meter. Other cities like Ploiești, Sibiu, and Iași have experienced similar price hikes, affecting affordability for potential buyers.
