Buyers are prioritizing location over size, with many willing to compromise on space for proximity to public transport. The minimum legal living space for one person is set at 37 square meters, but smaller apartments are accepted if they are well-located. The income required to purchase a new two-bedroom apartment has increased significantly, reflecting the market's challenges.
