The average price for a two-room apartment starts at 158,000 euros plus VAT, while for three rooms it is around 214,000 euros plus VAT. The average price per square meter is approximately 3,230 euros plus VAT. The income required exceeds that of a couple with two average salaries in Bucharest, which is about 14,620 lei. The area remains attractive due to its proximity to business centers, with potential for further development of over 7,200 additional homes.
