Apare o nouă taxă în România: O vor plăti dezvoltatorii imobiliari, iar locuințele se vor scumpi iar

In Romania, housing prices are expected to rise due to a new local tax imposed on real estate developers, aimed at funding necessary infrastructure. This tax, part of the new Urban Planning Code, is intended to ensure that urban development is accompanied by adequate public services. The funds collected will support the construction of roads, utilities, and educational facilities in newly developed areas. The initiative aims to create sustainable investment conditions while enhancing the functionality of new communities. The code was published on August 10 and will take effect at the end of the month.
