A contract worth over 716,000 lei has been signed for the rehabilitation and expansion of the water capture system, which includes a new water intake, protection zones for existing sources, and a new storage reservoir. The current infrastructure struggles to meet demand, especially during the tourist season, leading residents to rely on less reliable water sources. The new intake will enhance the existing supply, while the new reservoir will increase storage capacity to better manage water during peak consumption periods.
