Anuva Coffee, a new specialty coffee chain, will be launched in Bucharest by Cristian Turculeț, a former operational director at Starbucks Romania and Bulgaria. The first location is expected to open in early 2027, funded by private capital. Turculeț aims to transition from corporate to entrepreneurial ventures, marking this as his first project in the HoReCa sector. The concept will initially focus on in-store experiences while also offering 'to go' options. Future expansions to other cities, including Cluj-Napoca, are being considered.
