Anunț victorios al lui Peter Magyar: Ungaria a ridicat nivelul Dunării la Paks cu 15-20 centimetri. Ce metodă a funcționat

Hungarian authorities' efforts to raise the Danube's water level have positively impacted the Paks nuclear power plant, allowing for the gradual restart of turbines. Prime Minister Peter Magyar announced that a newly constructed dam has raised water levels by 15-20 cm, preventing further shutdowns. The plant, which typically generates nearly half of Hungary's electricity, had been operating at only 25% capacity due to drought conditions. The long-term solution involves building an artificial dam to maintain adequate water levels for cooling. Meanwhile, Romania faces similar challenges at its Cernavodă plant, where emergency measures have not sufficed to keep reactors operational.
