Anunț important pentru creditorii de la FC Hermannstadt: ”Își vor încasa banii”

AFAN President Emilian Hulubei announced that players and companies owed money after FC Hermannstadt's bankruptcy will receive payments once funds are collected. The club still expects to recover significant amounts from player transfers and the Romanian Football Federation. Although the senior and junior teams have been dissolved, AFC Hermannstadt will continue existing until it enters bankruptcy. Foreign players who unilaterally terminated their contracts may face challenges in enforcing FIFA rulings in Romania, as they must register as creditors under insolvency law.
