The City Hall announces a six-day suspension of requests for urbanism certificates and building permits due to legal changes. The Urbanism Directorate needs to adjust internal procedures to comply with new requirements. Until August 31, requests for public domain occupation and advertising permits will also be halted. Only documents supplementing previously submitted files will be accepted. Starting August 31, all requests will be processed according to the new regulations, which will reduce the issuance time for building permits to about 65 days. By November 2028, all urbanism certificates and building permits will be issued solely by the City Hall.
