ENGIE customers can now pay their bills via RoPay both online and in customer service centers using the SoftPOS app. This integration marks ING Bank Romania's first implementation of RoPay in SoftPOS, enhancing instant payment services. Customers can pay bills through the MyENGIE app or the dedicated payment page without entering card details. In physical locations, representatives generate a QR code for payment confirmation via mobile banking. This solution offers flexibility in payment management and aims to simplify customer experiences. ENGIE Romania joins other merchants adopting RoPay, which supports various payment scenarios.
