As the festive season approaches, major Christmas markets in Romania and Europe are set to open soon. Sibiu and Craiova will kick off the celebrations on November 13, with Craiova's market being recognized as the top destination for 2026. Bucharest will join in on November 27, followed by Timișoara on November 29. For those traveling abroad, Vienna starts its markets on November 6, while Prague's main markets open on November 28. Other notable markets include those in Strasbourg and Nürnberg, both welcoming visitors at the end of November.
