He believes that smaller cities like Botoșani, Bacău, and Buzău will struggle to retain their populations in the long term, suggesting that investments in basic infrastructure should cease in these areas. Gârmacea emphasized that larger cities will continue to attract economic activity and population, describing them as 'black holes.' Despite his concerns for the region, he remains optimistic about his company's prospects, which exports to the US and UK.
