Antrenamentul de forță reduce simptomele neplăcute ale sarcinii

A clinical study in Spain assessed the impact of strength training on gestational diabetes risk and health in overweight or obese pregnant women. Participants engaged in supervised exercises from early pregnancy until near delivery. While the incidence of gestational diabetes was lower in the exercise group, the difference was not statistically significant. However, women who adhered to the program reported improved quality of life and fewer pregnancy-related symptoms. The study suggests potential benefits of structured strength training during pregnancy, but further research is needed to confirm these findings and integrate such training into routine prenatal care.
