The firm was found to have misclassified cash deposits, recorded personal expenses as business costs, and improperly deducted VAT on luxury car leases. Following the audit, additional tax liabilities exceeding 537,000 lei were established, which the firm's administrator paid, thus avoiding criminal prosecution under tax evasion laws. The ANAF continues to monitor businesses with fiscal risks, particularly in areas of tax base reduction and improper income reporting.
