Antifrauda a descoperit 4 milioane de țigarete netimbrate

The Romanian tax authority discovered 4 million untaxed cigarettes in a truck entering the country, lacking necessary legal documents. The transport, from the Netherlands, was checked near the Nădlac border crossing. Investigations revealed the cigarettes were outside a fiscal warehouse and the presented documents were invalid. The authorities calculated tax obligations exceeding 3.7 million lei and are continuing investigations to identify all parties involved in this illicit operation.
