During inspections from August 3-9, ANSVSA imposed fines exceeding 368,000 lei and suspended or banned operations of nine food units, while seizing over 200 kilograms of food. The checks covered 189 locations on the coast, including various food establishments. Key violations included poor hygiene, improper food handling, and unauthorized sales spaces.
