ANRE a înregistrat primele două comunități de energie din România în Registrul național

The National Energy Regulatory Authority (ANRE) has registered the first two energy communities in Romania, marking a significant milestone. The first is the Renewable Energy Community (CESR) named the Port Community, and the second is the Citizens' Energy Community (CEC) called Micăcasa Coop. This registration operationalizes the National Register of Energy Communities (RNCE) and encourages citizen participation in the energy market. The ANRE's Order no. 50/2026 outlines the procedure for establishing energy communities, allowing local entities to be officially recognized. The process involves legal establishment, registration application, and obtaining a unique registration number, enabling energy sharing within the community.
