Ker Toki Power România is constructing its first greenfield investment in Işalniţa, a 147 MW energy storage battery valued at several million euros. The project, approved by ANRE, aims to enhance energy flexibility and efficiency by storing surplus renewable energy. The battery will have an initial capacity of 294 MWh, expandable to 609 MWh. This initiative is part of the company's strategy to support a more stable energy system as renewable sources become increasingly prevalent. Ker Toki Power plans to develop additional storage batteries in the future, contributing to a more sustainable energy landscape in the region.
