ANPIS derulează controale privind indemnizaţia pentru creşterea copilului şi a stimulentului de inserţie

The National Agency for Payments and Social Inspection (ANPIS) will conduct checks from September to November on compliance with the legal conditions for child-rearing allowances and insertion incentives. A total of 15,697 cases will be reviewed to ensure adherence to the relevant legislation, focusing on the accuracy of documents, eligibility conditions, and the correct calculation of allowances based on income. Inspectors aim to protect beneficiaries' rights while ensuring that allowances are granted in accordance with legal requirements. A national thematic report will be published after the campaign, and recommendations for legislative changes may be submitted to the Ministry of Labor, Family, Youth, and Social Solidarity based on findings.
