ANPIS: Alocaţia de stat se acordă şi după 18 ani, dacă tinerii urmează cursurile învăţământului liceal sau profesional

Young individuals who turn 18 can still receive state child allowances if they continue their high school or vocational education, as announced by ANPIS. The law states that the right to allowance does not cease at 18 for those pursuing studies. Additionally, young people with disabilities can receive allowances until age 26 while enrolled in pre-university education. To continue receiving the allowance, they must submit a request to their educational institution, including necessary documents. Schools must report eligible students to social payment agencies by October 1 each year. Over 200,000 eligible youths received state allowances during the 2025-2026 school year.
