ANPC verifică prețurile la carburanți în benzinării

The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) has launched a control campaign in gas stations to ensure compliance with pricing laws amid recent fuel price changes. This initiative follows the Finance Ministry's decision to reduce the diesel excise tax to 20% to protect citizens' purchasing power. Operators are allowed one price increase per day, which must occur by noon. The Finance Ministry has also announced a temporary increase in the diesel excise reduction to 25% for early September, reflecting recent market dynamics. This measure aims to mitigate the impact of rising fuel costs on transport and consumer goods prices.
