The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) conducted inspections along the Romanian Black Sea coast, revealing serious violations. Dangerous toys and expired food were sold, and several operators faced penalties. A total of 206 fines exceeding 1 million lei were issued, along with 161 warnings. Non-compliant products worth over 48,000 lei were permanently removed from sale. The inspections highlighted issues such as unauthorized service provision, unsafe recreational equipment, and inadequate consumer information.
