Fines exceeded five million lei, with 1,049 penalties issued and 640 warnings given. Some businesses had their services suspended until issues were resolved. Key violations included the use of degraded cooking oil, expired food items, and improper storage temperatures for meat and fish. Other issues involved unsanitary food preparation areas and the sale of damaged or spoiled products.
