ANPC a început să amendeze benzinăriile care scumpesc carburanții după ora 12. Ce nereguli au fost descoperite
The National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC) has begun inspecting gas stations for price hikes after noon, imposing fines for violations. Inspectors found numerous irregularities, including price increases after the allowed time. Operators can only raise prices once daily before noon, while reductions can occur multiple times. Fines start at 100,000 lei for non-compliance. ANPC is also monitoring commercial markups, comparing them to previous averages. The inspections follow recent fuel price increases and aim to protect consumers. Additionally, the Ministry of Finance announced a temporary 25% reduction in diesel excise duties.
