ANOSR cere un cuantum minim de 1.050 de lei pentru bursa socială a studenților

The National Alliance of Student Organizations in Romania (ANOSR) is urging the Ministry of Education to increase the minimum social scholarship to 1050 lei, as proposed by the National Commission for Financing Higher Education (CNFIS). ANOSR criticizes the Ministry's plan to keep the scholarship at 925 lei for the 2026-2027 academic year, which they argue does not cover the actual living costs of students. According to ANOSR's analysis, the real monthly expenses for a student amount to 2027.99 lei, significantly higher than the proposed amount. They emphasize that the current scholarship only covers about 60.65% of the necessary costs. ANOSR also calls for an increase in the scholarship for teaching programs starting January 2027, aligning it with the minimum gross salary in the country.
