The partnership between ANOFM and BAT Romania continues to provide professional training in Suceava, now including the National Probation Directorate. This initiative aims to help individuals facing legal challenges reintegrate into the job market. Since its launch in 2025, over 120 participants have graduated, receiving nationally and internationally recognized certifications. The latest group includes ten probation service clients, highlighting the program's focus on vulnerable populations. The collaboration aims to reduce social vulnerabilities and promote sustainable community development by offering viable professional alternatives in areas affected by tobacco smuggling.
