ANOFM și BAT: cursuri de calificare pentru 121 de persoane

A recent vocational training program in Suceava has successfully graduated ten individuals under probation, highlighting efforts to reintegrate vulnerable populations into the workforce. The initiative, a collaboration between ANOFM, the National Probation Directorate, and BAT Romania, aims to provide professional qualifications to those affected by illicit tobacco trade. Since its launch in 2025, over 120 beneficiaries have received nationally and European-recognized certifications, enhancing their employment prospects. The program addresses social vulnerabilities and promotes responsible behavior, demonstrating the effectiveness of public-private partnerships in fostering social inclusion and reducing recidivism.
