ANOFM: HG 570 pune în pericol investiții de 234 milioane euro

The potential suspension of Government Decision no. 570/2026 could jeopardize European investments of around 234 million euros and impact Romania's labor market, warns ANOFM. The decision is contested by PSD, leading to legal challenges against several government resolutions. ANOFM emphasizes that halting these measures would not only disrupt legislative frameworks but also hinder the implementation of EU-funded projects, affecting over 43,300 beneficiaries. Financially, Romania risks losing significant investments, while socially, vulnerable groups may lose access to support measures. A stable legislative framework is crucial for protecting these investments and meeting commitments to the European Commission.
