ANM: Strong winds and rain across most of country until Friday morning

The National Meteorological Administration has issued a warning for strong winds and rain across Romania until Friday morning. Winds will strengthen in various regions, with gusts reaching up to 70 km/h in mountainous areas. Rainfall is expected to spread across the country, with thunderstorms and hail possible. Significant rainfall amounts are anticipated, particularly in the Western Carpathians. A Code Yellow warning for strong winds is also in effect for Caras-Severin and Timis counties, with local gusts exceeding 80 km/h.
