The National Meteorological Administration has issued a weather alert for strong winds and snow in the mountains until Friday, with snow accumulation of 5 to 15 centimeters expected. Wind gusts will reach 45 to 55 km/h in various regions, with higher gusts in the mountains. Precipitation will mainly be in the form of snow and sleet at altitudes above 1500 meters, particularly in the Southern and Eastern Carpathians. The weather will remain cold during this period.
