The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued a Yellow Code warning for significant rainfall in southern Romania starting Monday, along with an advisory for moderate rain, cooling temperatures, and wind intensification. Rain will gradually spread across the country, particularly affecting the southeast on Monday, with expected precipitation of 15-20 l/m², locally exceeding 30 l/m². At higher altitudes, rain will turn into sleet and snow. Wind gusts may reach 45-50 km/h in various regions, and up to 90 km/h in mountainous areas. Temperatures will drop significantly, with maximums around 15-16 degrees Celsius and minimums of 9-10 degrees. Bucharest is under a Yellow Code warning for significant rainfall until Tuesday.
