Red alerts are issued for several western counties, alongside warnings of atmospheric instability. The heatwave is expected to persist from August 4 to August 8, with extreme temperatures and tropical nights. Meteorologists predict significant discomfort and thunderstorms in various regions. The highest temperatures will be recorded in Banat and Crișana, while other areas will experience high humidity levels. The ANM emphasizes the severity of the situation, particularly in counties like Satu Mare and Bihor, where temperatures may approach record highs.
