The first ten days of October are expected to be warmer than usual, with maximum temperatures reaching up to 30°C in some areas, according to Elena Mateescu from ANM. Precipitation levels have been below normal for seven consecutive months, leading to prolonged drought conditions. Rain is anticipated mid-week, with isolated amounts of 10-15 liters per square meter expected, though this will not alleviate the existing water deficit in the soil. The second half of October may see more precipitation in central and northern regions.
