The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued yellow wind warnings for several regions in Romania, predicting gusts up to 70 km/h and colder weather. Rain is expected in Oltenia and Dobrogea, while higher altitudes may see sleet and snow. The warnings are valid from October 13 to 14, affecting Dobrogea, southern Moldova, and eastern Muntenia. Strong winds will also be noted in Banat and Crișana, with the highest gusts in the mountains reaching 80 km/h. Precipitation will be moderate, with temperatures below normal for this time of year.
