The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has updated the weather forecast, indicating a significant cooling across Romania with rain and snow expected. Temperatures will drop sharply, reaching maximums of 16-18 degrees Celsius and minimums of 7-8 degrees. By the end of September, temperatures will gradually rise again, reaching up to 25 degrees Celsius. The forecast for the following weeks suggests that temperatures will be above normal in the west and southwest, while precipitation levels will likely be below average. In mountainous areas, colder weather is anticipated, with temperatures around 6-8 degrees Celsius, and potential snowfall at higher altitudes.
