This decision aims to restructure debts and create a sustainable flight plan amid significant technical issues and a challenging economic environment. The company acknowledges that its financial structure is temporarily blocked due to repeated technical problems with its fleet, which have led to operational disruptions. Passengers with existing bookings will be contacted directly, and options for refunds or alternative travel routes will be provided. AnimaWings plans to operate with a reduced capacity using two functional Airbus A320 aircraft while restructuring its operations.
