A ridesharing driver in Suceava intentionally hit a 14-year-old boy on a scooter and then assaulted him. The incident was captured on surveillance cameras. After a dispute, the driver pursued the boy for two kilometers before the attack. The boy suffered multiple contusions but is in stable condition. The driver has been arrested and is facing attempted murder charges.
