ANI monitorizează 122 de persoane pentru incompatibilitate

The National Integrity Agency (ANI) is currently monitoring 122 individuals under a three-year ban from holding certain positions due to conflicts of interest or incompatibility. Approximately 35% of active bans are related to these cases, with 75% involving individuals in elective positions. Out of the 122 cases, 25 became final without contestation, while others were confirmed by higher courts. Some sanctions were not enforced or were annulled, while others involved salary reductions. Notably, 47 individuals under ban still hold positions requiring asset declarations, raising concerns about integrity standards in public functions.
