ANI: 122 de persoane, sub interdicția de trei ani pentru conflict de interese sau incompatibilitate
The National Integrity Agency (ANI) is currently monitoring 122 individuals under a three-year ban from holding certain positions due to conflicts of interest or incompatibility. Approximately 35% of active bans are under ANI's scrutiny, with 75% of those affected having been declared in conflict of interest while in elective positions. Out of the 122 cases, 25 are final due to lack of appeal, while others have been confirmed by higher courts. Some individuals have faced salary reductions, while 47 continue to hold positions requiring asset and interest declarations. ANI emphasizes the need for stronger integrity legislation to prevent conflicts of interest more effectively.
