Employers will be required to enroll in the future Virtual Private Space (SPV) of the Labor Inspection, which will serve as the official communication channel. The SPV will centralize all correspondence between employers and labor inspectorates, allowing for the exchange of documents related to inspections and compliance. The implementation will occur in phases, with specific deadlines announced after the relevant legislation is adopted. The Labor Inspection will also utilize the SIAMC 2.0 platform for electronic document management and risk-based inspections. Employers are advised to prepare by obtaining qualified electronic signatures and organizing their documents electronically.
