Angajatorii din sectorul privat de sănătate au scos în piață peste 8.200 de posturi de la începutul anului și până acum
In 2023, over 8,200 medical jobs were posted in Romania, marking a 15% decrease from last year. The private medical sector ranks 12th among active employers, but is 5th for foreign recruitment. Opportunities abroad for Romanian medical staff are increasing, with high demand for nurses and specialists. The average salary for private sector nurses is 6,000 lei, while doctors earn around 12,000 lei, significantly lower than salaries in Western Europe. Despite the competition from the private sector, public health institutions are still facing a personnel crisis, prompting the government to approve new positions.
